Workspace Assignment

Licensor grants Licensee a revocable license to use a designated cubicle workspace within the 5508 CoWorking & Collaboration Exchange located at 5508 North 50th Street, Tampa, Florida.

Use of Workspace

Workspace may only be used for lawful professional business activities. Subleasing, illegal activity, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.

Liability

Licensee agrees to hold harmless Coastal Bay Properties, Inc., 5508 CoWorking & Collaboration Exchange, Tampa‑Hillsborough Action Plan, Inc., its affiliates and partners from liability arising from use of the workspace. Business license and insurance are required.

Termination

Month‑to‑month and annual workspace license agreements may be terminated with 30 days written notice. Licensor may terminate access if policies are violated
